In his role as Court Administrator, he has streamlined court operations, improved public access to services, and led staff with discipline, accountability, and a focus on results.
His combination of administrative expertise and military leadership uniquely prepares him to serve as Spokane County Clerk. Dave will continue and expand efficiency improvements, ensure accurate and transparent court records, and provide fair, reliable, and accessible service to every resident. He has the backing of Tim Fitzgerald, who is retiring as Spokane County Clerk, reflecting confidence in his ability to lead the office forward.
